We have a new scam preying on our owners!!

I CAN'T SAY THIS LOUD ENOUGH! PLEASE, IF YOU SHOULD BE CONTACTED BY ANYONE ABOUT YOUR TIME SHARE TO SELL, DUES, TRADES, OR IN GENERAL,

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY!!!

CONTACT OUR ALPINE MEADOWS MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT THE BRECKENRIDGE OFFICE TO TALK TO THEM FIRST.

We were contacted by two of our owners and, sadly, one was a complaint about with the low life thief on the other end and paid them some money on an official sounding voice and has been scammed.

The other owner contacted our office first and has not been taken, nor was any confidential information given out and we were able to help them.

The developer Richard Cline is NOT involved with French Ridge and any communications about sales, trades, dues or in general any one asking for money is not legitimate. Alpine Meadows is your contact and anything and I do mean ANYTHING that sounds suspicious should be addressed by our office and you should call them and you should have their number or call this number from our website. We do not have a new assessment!

Anyone trying to cheat you out of your hard earned money is a thief and we will help you prosecute to the absolute fullest extent of the law!
